I purchased a white lux iphone battery case for an iphone 8 plus. Until the cases lighting charger connection broke off inside my phone. He had purchased a similar battery case for his iphone 8 plus and it required that he used a micro usb to charge it even though his actual phone used a lightning charger. To start with i would have gave the lux battery case a 5 out of 5.

I saw the lux phone case advertised and went for it. Warranty in box says 12 months contact lux and apparently it s only 30 days if you return it unused. What the heck how would i know if i needed to return it if it was unused. Although after reading the fine print a 30 day warranty is what s offered then they have the balls to offer a 50 discount i will never buy their product and you shouldn t either buyer beware do not buy lux.

I then contacted lux twice with no response which is why i ve decided to write this review.
