Profx8 v2 owner here usb keeps being dropped so i just can t record using it. I tried different usb cables and on different laptops desktops and this is just a piece of i have a small behringer 2 channels that i took out of the drawer and works flawlessly. Mackie is a huge disappointment. The sliders and nobs feel well placed and sturdy.

Took it for a test run and it performed fabulously. The mixer is a mackie profx8 mini usb console equipped with effects it has preamps mackie low noise high headroom as well as 16 effects using the new 32 bit embedded processor rmfx running man fx. Each channel has many options such as clip mute eq and line input etc. Still trying to figure out the effects button as sometimes the effects were there and sometimes weren t in the mix even though i thought i set it.
